Ordering:
Account customers - please use the shopping cart to send your order and you will be invoiced.
Otherwise we will contact you, confirm stock levels and organise payment (usually credit card).
Detailed product information is available by clicking on a product
in the search results window. Stock levels are displayed on the product detail page and are updated daily. When products are out of stock,
a watch feature is available that will email you when the product is back in stock again.
We can back order products if re-stocking dates can be confirmed.

Terms and Delivery Costs:
7 day accounts are offered to approved customers otherwise orders must be paid for in advance.
Delivery typically costs $25 for next day or $50 for same day delivery for Sydney and Melbourne Metro areas. Exact quotes can be given to any location in Australia. Same day delivery is only available to pre-established customers and these orders must be placed before 8AM or the day before.

Product returns and Warranty:
Warranty is provided by the manufacturer. Customers are responsible for chosing the correct product and we can only arrange returns if delivered goods dont match the order or goods are dead on arrival.
